This 30 minute co-ed class is designed to give your child the opportunity to participate in class without assistance from parents. In this class, your child will learn to be independent, follow instructions, develop motor skills and build confidence. Children will work on strength, balance, coordination and body awareness on vault, bars, beam and floor. At the young age of 2, or 3 years old, your child will begin to learn positive words that will help them be the best 2 and 3 year colds they can be!
