This 45-minute co-ed class is designed to further develop your child’s gymnastics skills. Along with educational play, your child will start to work on skill specific shapes and drills for gymnastics. Starting at a young age, we believe positivity is beneficial. Along with gymnastics, your child will learn their own “Positive Punch Words” to empower them to be confident, courageous and strong! Children will be able to work on balance, body control and coordination along with mastering their basic gymnastics skills. Children MUST be potty-trained to be eligible to enroll in this class.
