This 60-minute co-ed class is designed for children to work on strength, and flexibility on vault, bars, beam and floor. They will become more familiar with the positions and terms associated with gymnastics and will be challenged to master the skills they are training. PLAYFUL PUNCHERS (Age 2-3yrs.):
This 30 minute co-ed class is designed to give your child the opportunity to participate in class without assistance from parents. In this class, your child will learn to be independent, follow instructions, develop motor skills and build confidence. Children will work on strength, balance, coordination and body awareness on vault, bars, beam and floor. At the young age of 2, or 3 years old, your child will begin to learn positive words that will help them be the best 2 and 3 year old’s they can be!

(Age 3-5 INVITE ONLY) Our Punchketeers program builds a strong foundation for your daughter’s future in gymnastics and is designed for our talented and gifted young girls, ages 3 to 5, to be developed for competition in the future on our teams. The girls in our Punchketeres program are selected from our classes based upon their gymnastic skills, physical strength, desire to improve, and “coachability”. Along with discipline, hard work, sportsmanship, and teamwork, athletes will learn how to be mentally strong and grow into confident individuals. Our program teaches skill specifics, and also lessons that will apply to daily life. We encourage personal growth through personal binders given to our athletes that will accompany their journey as gymnasts. Members of our team will compete in the Junior Olympic Program through USAG and will be applauded for their personal triumphs and improvements. Our homeschool program trains during the day allowing them to train more hours.

(Age 9-13yrs. INVITE ONLY) and (Advanced 6-8 years INVITE ONLY) This is our 2-hour pre-team class for girls working on levels 1 & 2. Pre-team is the path to competitive gymnastics. It is a great place for kids to figure out if they like the added expectations of gymnastics. Here, they can gauge how serious they want to be in the sport and decide how far they want to go. In this group, athletes will work on the basic principles of gymnastics, and master their shapes. Athletes will learn the USAG compulsory routines and will participate in one in-house competition, and one local competition. This class is offered twice a week and will routinely begin with our “Positive Punch Word of the Day”.

This 45-minute co-ed class is designed to further develop your child’s motor skills. This class is for our independent kids who are ready to participate in a class on their own. Along with educational play, your child will start to work on skill specific shapes and drills for gymnastics. Starting at a young age, we believe positivity is beneficial. Along with gymnastics, your child will learn their own “Positive Punch Words” to empower them to be confident, courageous and strong! Children will be able to work on balance, body control and coordination without the assistance of a parent. Children MUST be potty-trained to be eligible to enroll in this class.

BABY & ME (ADVANCED WALKING & BEYOND)
This 45-minute co-ed class is designed for parent and tot. As much as your little one likes to move, we love movement too! Along with our vibrant curriculum, your child will develop strength and sharpen motor and cognitive skills through educational play. This class requires the assistance of a parent, or guardian to encourage your child as they discover their ability on bars, beam and floor. The goal is to prepare your tot to independently participate in class, so they can independently participate in other gymnastics classes. As an added benefit, every class will include a Welcome and Goodbye song during circle time.
